At the service desk the service advisor greets me with "you right there" I thought how rude. Well just got worse from there. Had it booked in at 7.30am fast lane (wait onsite) and pick up 9.30am to change transmission oil and fuel additive, i also added engine oil. At 10.30am i get an sms quote to accept to start work and accepted. At 10.45 i sent sms to ask when it will be ready, no response. I finally bought my dream car. A mini cooper in racing green. In less than a year and only 4,500 km it needs a new paint job and tires. Mini cooper paint is so fragile that my bonnet has chips that have gone through the glaze and into the paint work. Mini/BMW refused to repair it under warranty and say it’s my fault for bird poo or a leaking garage. I have only driven 4,500 km in 12 months and it’s kept under cover. It’s a brand new car.
