P.S. for replying party - Funny how you stressed how important this was to you — and still no answer. That’s quite a hypocritical reply! Did you really expect me to wait that long to book storage? 10 days! You’re not the only option around. I’ve already gone with a company that knows how to respond on time. Absolutely do NOT recommend dealing with this company! They simply ignore emails — no response for days. I use this storage facility to keep the items of my decoration company and my experience has been excellent from the beginning. The space is always clean, well-maintained and secure. Everyone It’s so helpful and accommodating. Today they had their annual customer appreciation day gave us free hotdog chips and drinks. What a beautiful day we had.
