Potomac Centre has overall friendly and wonderful staff; they’re always willing to help their patients. I have been seen by the three dentists, all of whom are professional and detailed- oriented. I appreciate Potomac’s methods to discuss the treatment and financial plans. I have been a patient for five years and I admire how they keep up with technology by using advanced dentistry methods.

The dentist was wonderful, I feel the extraction of my tooth went great.ONLY I DID NOT appreciate is being ask multiple times from the hygienist to make my next appointment, I explained to her, I DO NOT have the finances at this time to schedule that appointment. But she continue to ask me to schedule, if a patient tell you she can not schedule do to money, she should stop. That made me feel like not coming back.

Great caring staff straight forward but not to happy with my problem. I'm glad doc and the planner are going to give their best effort to make my wants to happen. I'm going to ray about all this and go from there. The place was very clean and I loved the lay out. Back in the day this was just a small building office and had nothing to say about the business it's beautiful top of the line. See you soon
