Probably the worst pet store you can go to in Sioux Falls. Puppies are all severely sick- coughing, runny noses, copious eye discharge- not to mention their kennels (if you can even call them that) are covered in feces. The kennel cleaning staff for the puppies rarely do their job. I’ve heard horrible things about their boarding service as well: mistreating the animals physically and through neglecting their basic needs. Our puppies right now are not sick, they are perfectly healthy and we would not sell them otherwise (their last vet check would prevent us to even if we wanted to--which we absolutely wouldn't). Puppy kennels are cleaned at least 3 times per day. Unfortunately, 8-week old puppies are not potty trained yet, but they do eat a lot. Which means they poop... read more

I have tried to get a puppy for months from these guys, called daily , emailed, went on email list- have Facebook messaged and I still can't get one . I waited today for puppies that were suppose to arrive and they sold them before even posting or letting there wait list know. very disappointing... customer service and the way you handle your customers in need is key to a good buisness .. and this to me is very upsetting.

Unfortunately, other people were on the notification list before you, and we only notify the number of people that we have puppies for, so there is no confusion. Shih-Tzus are a very popular breed and we have a mile-long list of requests for them. Also, we were expecting 5 Shih-Tzus, but only received 3 from the breeder. I love Mini Critters! I have adopted three dogs from them and their service has always been phenomenal! Ryan is great and all the staff too. I always recommend this store as I feel is the #1 pet store in Sioux Falls, SD. Thank you Mini Critters for your awesome service!!
Used the DIY dog wash area today. We have a large 12 yr old Goldendoodle. The wash area was super clean and easy to use. Easy on our sr dog too and my back!! Highly recommend 🐾♥️🐕🦺
Some of the most amazing customer service was given by the people at Mini Critters to us today. I’m SO incredibly impressed with their kindness, customer service, and grooming. From the moment you walk in, you feel like a valued customer. I called very last minute for a groom session, and they moved things around to get me in. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND. Absolutely recommend! Ryan is great and really helped ease my anxiety about my new bunny that's a fluffy lop! Trimmed his nails and shaved his rear end a bit! All this on top of being great when I got my first bunny! But as a bunny mom of 2 I couldn't ask for better people around! Thanks so much not only Ryan but everyone else there! 😁
