Shed was built a day early. Cleaned up after themselves very well. After getting the most inexpensive quote in the valley I figured I’d give them a shot and they built me a nice 12x20 barn with plenty of space and a strong floor for my lawnmower.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Mini Barn LLC and its owner, Mike, are horrible to work with and the only thing they do quick is take your money. They talk a big game, act confident, and tell you everything you want to hear — right up until they get your money. After that, they disappear. We hired them to build a lofted barn-style shed for use as a home office. Mike assured us multiple times that no building permit was needed because it was under 200 sq. ft., and that the shed only had to be 3 feet from the fence. Both ... read more
