Jonathon in service was a great help. Walked us through what needed to be done and didn’t try to upsale us on any services that were not needed. Have a Mini, take it to Sandia Mini, you’d be surprised at how competitive the prices are to taking it somewhere other than the dealership.
Jonathan was very attentive and understanding the concerns I had with the performance of my car. After the car was inspected by the mechanics, he was very clear in describing the conclusions of their diagnostics.
