Timely service today
I needed an oil change. That was all that the dealership offered me. I was informed that my cabin air filter needed to be changed as well, but I couldn’t afford the service. No guilt trip or bullshit about how important the cabin air filter is. I really appreciated the fact that Zach didn’t try to pressure me into a bigger service bill. Car was serviced quickly and vacuumed. They even got me a Uber to take me home.
Worst customer service I’ve ever received anywhere. I ordered a Mini Cooper last year from a dealer in another state. It took 6 months to receive it which I expected. I’ve had my vehicle for a little over a year and there is a recall on it. The closest dealer to me is six hours away now in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Sandia Mini Cooper.
