We had an appointment. Made a month early. Standard annual appointment with the added luxury of new tires. My wife spent 7 1/2 hours there waiting. Primarily waiting for the new tires to be put on. It seems service is done in the BMW garage. Aparently BMW cars must take priority. This is unsatisfactory! This is very, very sad. They did not offer an apology, they did not give us a break on the price. They knew she had to drive 2 hours to get there and now 2 hours back! I would question buying a new car here. Had my 2014 Clubman in for massive repairs. What a great experience. Garrett is an asset to this company. Very helpful. I am a worry wart about my Mini and he made me feel totally at ease. He kept in constant contact with me and kept me fully informed thru the whole process. I didn’t meet the actual mechanic that did the work but I did get to watch the live feed as he was working on it. Great people and my Hazel is running absolutely perfect. The customer service is amazing thankyou

Update: had service done this past week 1 12 2026 Everything was great Garett took great care in getting me a loaner car and keeping me informed of the status of my service. Love my Mini !
Walked in for 1st ever service on new mini, walked in and was ignored for 5 min straight by 2 employees. I’m super aware they’re busy, always at least acknowledge my existence and appt, then I’ll happily sit for a reasonable amount of time. Being straight ignored, it’s going to send me elsewhere for service. It’s a shame my parents/Aunt lived in same neighborhood as Sandy Sansing, so we’ve met. I drove an hour and a half to get a recall worked (since it can only be done at a Mini dealership) and as I arrived they told me they didn't have the part to do the recall and it would take a few days to come in. I had scheduled the service for that specific recall and there was zero flexibility on working with me to get it done that day. I can't do it on a weekend because it's a 6 hour recall job and they only do them Monday through Friday.
