Garrett and Mattie in Service are a real asset to Mini. Garrett answered messages in a timely manner, he provided a video description of my pending repair and went over pricing so there was no confusion when it came time to pay the invoice. His work ethic and dedication to his job is what others should emulate! Tony was also on point as a CS ambassador for Mini. Sandy should commend his staff on a job well done. We had an appointment. Made a month early. Standard annual appointment with the added luxury of new tires. My wife spent 7 1/2 hours there waiting. Primarily waiting for the new tires to be put on. It seems service is done in the BMW garage. Aparently BMW cars must take priority. This is unsatisfactory! This is very, very sad. They did not offer an apology, they did not give us a break on the price. They knew she had to drive 2 hours to get there and now 2 hours back! I would question buying a new car here. Had my 2014 Clubman in for massive repairs. What a great experience. Garrett is an asset to this company. Very helpful. I am a worry wart about my Mini and he made me feel totally at ease. He kept in constant contact with me and kept me fully informed thru the whole process. I didn’t meet the actual mechanic that did the work but I did get to watch the live feed as he was working on it. Great people and my Hazel is running absolutely perfect. The customer service is amazing thankyou
