I love my Mini however I spent $6000 on repairs that I mentioned when I first purchased it ( an oil leak and AC issues) . I now am incurring another chunk of cash on more repairs ($2300), I guess its my fault the year I have is one of the worse years the car is noted for.

This is the lowest level of service and repair you can expect from a dealership. Their customer service, communication, and follow-up have been non-existent. I had to be the one to constantly follow up to receive any updates. To make matters worse, I witnessed the service advisor helping himself to my personal tools without asking, which I find completely unacceptable.
