GO TO BOB TYLER- save yourselves a headache Just wondering… is this business so financially insecure that they can’t replace a key they sold that simply doesnt work? My brother paid for a key expecting it to work. Right? Instead he was told they won’t fix or replace it unless he throws more hundreds of dollars at them A key should unlock a door. It should work. Same experience as another reviewer. I called to schedule my recall notice service, and the service manager called me right back. He said I'd need to drop it off, so we scheduled it for later that week. I arrived after my hour drive to P'cola to be told they didn't have the part, been on back-order for weeks. He ran to Parts to 'verify. I asked another service employee if they could check my windshield wiper situation because it wasn't spraying cleaner properly.
