I’m so grateful that I was referred to dr Thi Le. She is amazing, very caring, and a great dr
She was amazing. She was very thorough, she asked me questions, she answered my questions. She gave me a ton of literature to read, and updated my chart with information that the previous doctor in the office did not include for me. I can’t recommend her enough! I have many clients who have also seen her, and they all rave about how thorough and excellent her services are.
When I needed a referral to a new allergist because of a move, she suddenly decided it’s been too long since I had a full blood panel (just regular, nothing to do with my allergy) and I should have it right then. Sent me on my way with a surprise $500 out of pocket bill. Not the first time I was gouged but the most brazen. Watch out.
Wouldn't schedule appointment without me checking with my insurance company. Bad business practice tou can tell there not about the patient first
