Unbelievable. I was in with my daughter on 12/21 for both of us to get full set acrylics and gel manicure. I chose the "chrome" gel which was $10 extra. The base for the chrome is Black. The nail technician could not get the chrome part to stick to my nail, neither could a different technician. Maybe they should be trained better. So, bottom line, I was unhappy and John my manicurist told me to come in this week and he would fix the polish since I had wanted SILVER nails and came out with BLACK. My nails tech is awesome she always takes her time with me and never tries to offer me services i didn't ask for which in return makes the price go up
