doctor coded a medical visit as a dental procedure and then says I owe as insurance won't cover. Clinic is "In Network" and Doctor will not correct coding for insurance. Been since 11/2024. Very frustrating as I had an infection and needed antibiotics until able to go to dentist for extraction.
Dr. Le has been my primary care doctor for 19 years now. He truly is one of the best doctors I have ever had. He always listens to my concerns and truly cares about his patients overall health. I will always recommend him!

To whom this may concern, I had an appointment 2 months ago and I was 10min late and Dr. Le refused to see me. Today I had an appointment and the text I received said my appointment was at 10:30am I arrived at 10:25am. The assistant at the front desk informed me that my appointment was at 10:20am I showed her the text and she told me to wait so she could explain the mixup to the doctor.
