Not open and not set up. Owner looked confused that i made an appointment on her website
I thoroughly enjoyed my head spa with Melodi. She is very friendly and caring and continually checked in to see how I was feeling. The head spa started with a shoulder massage, which was so nice. She explained every step of the process, and my hair and scalp feel great. I’m excited to try other services!
Scheduled at appointment online for 5:15 PM on a Sunday and there was no one at the lobby. I came in 5 mins before my appointment and sat and waited. Then I yelled excuse me many times, no one to be found. There’s no bell or anything. I tried calling the phone number in hopes that someone picks up. But no one picked up. I waited 15 mins past my appointment without even seeing a staff member. Walked out. The most unprofessional thing I have ever seen.
