This is the slowest, most unprofessional place I've ever seen and I've been in HVAC for 22 years. Sitting at the doc for an hour waiting on a furnace is ridiculous. Meanwhile, no other customers are waiting, and employees are horseplaying, laughing, having a great time.. but not working. Avoid this location at all costs, unless you have 2 hours to sit around during your workday.
