The Closest to Good Chinese Food I'm a true Northerner. When it comes to my Chinese food, I like to see the grease at the bottom of the plate. Since, I've been in the South, the grease is gone. When I see fried rice in the south, it's still white. Well, Ming Moon comes close to the Chinese food served in the North. The food taste fresh, and hot when served. The prices are very well within my budget. The staff could use some customer service classes. But overall, I visit about every two months to get my Chinese food fix.
