Very poor experience—it ruined my whole day. I’m now trying to figure out how to fix my hair. To start with the only positive: the price is cheap. If you have no expectations for your hairstyle, you can come here. But I really don’t recommend it for young people. The stylists are older and lack a sense of aesthetics. Communication is also difficult—they don’t really understand what you’re trying to say and whay you want. The shop environment and tools are not very clean either. I really regret coming here for a haircut.
The quality is good, the floor stock is abundant, and the cost-effectiveness is extremely high.
Even though we discussed the color selection in advance, she still used the color of her choice. Unacceptable. Note to hair stylists: we need to be able to trust you. If we specifically ask for a specific color, please don’t override our choice.
