Nasty, nasty, rude woman. Charged me way than was initially told. But still tipped her 20% anyway. Then I had the money IN MY HAND ready to give to the hair washer, and cutter starts screaming how I have to tip the washer. I said “I know” and showed her money in my hand but she kept screaming “ you take care washer, you take care washer”! Never, ever again. BEWARE!!
Bad experience. They force you to tip everyone who touched your hair….and add unnecessary services. She said she couldn’t blow dry her layers outwards and had to use curling iron and added another fee. Plus the cut didn’t look anything like the picture I showed. Very disappointed. The picture had few strands of soft bangs and she gave full blown baby bangs falling above her brows.
I go there for a quick blow out or getting my hair colored. They do a great job .. especially Leon
I called prior calling and asked if particular hair dresser is working today they said yes come. I took train came and found out that he is not working today this so disrespectful toward the customer. Not coming again
