If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. Please RUN AWAY if you have curly or wavy hair! The staff here has ZERO clue how to handle textured hair. They had the nerve to charge me an extra $5 for an unnecessary wash just because the stylist couldn't figure out how to brush through my curls. Any competent stylist knows curly hair needs to be cut DRY so you can actually see the shape and pattern-not soaked and ripped through! Nasty, nasty, rude woman. Charged me way than was initially told. But still tipped her 20% anyway. Then I had the money IN MY HAND ready to give to the hair washer, and cutter starts screaming how I have to tip the washer. I said “I know” and showed her money in my hand but she kept screaming “ you take care washer, you take care washer”! Never, ever again. BEWARE!!

Bad experience. They force you to tip everyone who touched your hair….and add unnecessary services. She said she couldn’t blow dry her layers outwards and had to use curling iron and added another fee. Plus the cut didn’t look anything like the picture I showed. Very disappointed. The picture had few strands of soft bangs and she gave full blown baby bangs falling above her brows.

I go there for a quick blow out or getting my hair colored. They do a great job .. especially Leon
