Dr Ming Chen is worst Ophthalmology I met , , don't want let a worst doctor's error change your life, never recommended
Doctor with a poor attitude, expect to be verbally abused by not only staff, but the doctor as well. Along with being verbally abused, please take note and make sure to read all the fine print. For my operation, I had paid a premium for lasik, but when proceeding to the operation room, I noticed that they were going to do the basic surgery for me. Extremely untrustworthy doctor.
