Cockroach pesticide sprayed in food storage room, Food left out on counters overnight, flies on chicken in kitchen, pans unclean, rotting wood and mold in food storage shed, cross contamination is a must not a undesirable. Top ten places to contract disease. Needs to be reported.

We had an outstanding dining experience at Ming with our group of 15 people. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The warm welcome from the host and the hospitality of the entire staff made us feel truly special. The staff did a fantastic job taking care of our table. I've given this restaurant three chances over recent visits, hoping it was a fluke each time. It wasn't. The decline in quality has been consistent, not occasional. The papad is stale — every time. The drums of heaven chicken, which used to be a signature dish worth ordering, now arrives dry and cold, like it's been sitting under a heat lamp too long before it ever reaches the table.
