Great place to live. 14 yrs and counting.
I have a good friend that lives there. The place is always clean and residents are friendly.
Common hallways are hot in summer. Apartment through the wall air conditioners are not maintained. Windows are not right for window air conditioners. Through the wall air conditioners cost twice that of a window air conditioners. Another through the wall air conditioner is needed to effectively cool the apartment. Apartments are not sized for handicapped with walkers or wheelchairs. They have wide hallway and large bathroom. But with a queen size bed a walker cannot get around the bed.
