We had a great experience with Minette (she is now associated with VIP Mortgage). She spent a great deal of time with us to make sure we understood all of the steps in the process of refinancing. I also felt she worked hard to get us a great deal with the rate we chose. I plan to use Minette in the future if we refinance again or buy a new home. I highly recommend working with Minette.
I've refinanced my home with Minette 2 times...each time was smooth and painless. After the first refinance, I told Minette to watch the rates and to call me when they hit 4%. 2 or 3 years went by. Each year or so, Minette called me to say "Not yet." Then one day, Minette called me to say, get ready, fill out a couple of forms, and I'll lock your rate at 4%. I was on my way to a 2nd refinance.
