Have been trying for over 1 month to make an appointment . Have left numerous voice mails approx 4-5 calls per week. Multiple emails and still no response. Voice mail states they check their emails regularly. Not professional at all. No answer to any phone calls or replies. Very disappointed. Even tried calling at 9am and 9:05am and still no answer.

I really wanted to make an appointment there. I couldn't get through via phone despite multiple attempts, and no one ever returned the emails i sent (the message on the phone says to email them if you can't get through). Definitely not somewhere reliable.
