Janel is absolutely rude and unprofessional!! No sympathy at all and would rather vocalize about how she was going to get coronavirus while we were masked mourning the fact that we were putting our dog down!! Do not go here!!! If you have policies, it is YOUR job to adhere to them!!! Not mine and my children's!! You let us in TOGETHER!!! You need to be respectful and professional! KARMA!!!!!

everyone there is very nice. My pup was very comfortable. and they will answer any questions you may have and/or get you the information you need
wouldn't take my animal there. put me off said no appointments. call tomorrow, we did, 8:01, gave us an appointment, but after 10 minutes gave it away. said to take to stark county emergency vet, which I did. of course 3 times the money. I live right by that vet. would never recommend
They are all so good with my dog!
I have been coming here for almost 17 years now. I have never had an issue with any of the Vets. I have 5 dogs in which one of them is constantly having issues with something or other. He had CCL surgery there. They were kind enough to bring in a great surgeon from another town for the surgery. One has epilepsy. One has teeth and luxating patella issues. One has IBD and pancreatic episodes. Two are on prescription diets. A couple have allergy/skin issues. You may as well say I pretty much live there. Lol! .... They are very ... read more
i took my dog there today had the worst experience ever the vet was very rough with my dog she grabbed him by back of his neck pulling him by his hair as he was yelping crying then she tried a muzzle on his mouth then proceeded to wrap a thing around his face n neck while the assistant held him down my dog has never been violent towards anyone i have had him to many vets n never been treated this way. i will never come here i took him right from there didnt even let them finish exam i have never been treated this way i took ... read more
