Do yourself a favor and do not buy a house from Minerva. Before we bought our home, all we heard about was how great the builder was and how they would fix almost anything that came up in the first year after closing. We were constantly reassured that even our punch list would be handled promptly after closing. Well, almost immediately after closing, their contractor walked off the job. We were required to close on the second walkthrough. Many of the punch list items were not fixed. We also had missing bathroom hardware throughout the house. For the price point we have been extremely disappointed with this builder. Still waiting (6 months later) on punch list items to be fixed/addressed/

We have bought new construction homes before and NEVER have we had such issues with quality! From the walls not being straight (which I’ve NEVER seen - even in cheaper homes) to writing on the stairs they didn’t remove, to lumps in the floor, to a leaning cabinet that they tried to pass off before closing- they are just sloppy!! Then they never did our one year walk through - and when they did four months after our one year, they disappeared again! Never addressed one thing we pointed out!
