I have been with Minerva rheumatology for years and all ways full of praise for them, but for the first time I phoned left message at 8.00 told them I need to speak to someone. 10.30 still waiting I Rang. Reception who got a admin person ring me who promised someone would ring. Still waiting from 8.00 to 5.00 no phone call. I do not write reviews lightly but I feel so disappointed and let down.
CPMT, it's one person. And people have underlying causes. There's no treatment of the condition. Pain is caused by something wrong. Just feels like another cost cutting pillar.
Dr. Elizabeth MacPhie is an excellent Consultant. Beautiful smile, extremely professional and knowledgeable.
When my Dad went to have his blood drawn arriving at 2.40pm, the clinic was already closed. Unfortunately, this caused distress and ended up being a wasted journey. He based his decision of time and day on the posted hours. There was nothing to state that they would be closing early other than a sign on the door. Recommendation for future options is to call ahead in order to prevent wasted fuel and time or go somewhere else
