I come here often for OB/prenatal appointments as well as ultrasounds. The office and staff are always amazing. My only complaint is the parking. No matter what time of the day, the parking lot is always PACKED. It would be really helpful if there were spots for expectant mothers. Even on the other side of the hospital, I didn’t see any. But especially in the heat of the summer, it’s rough out there.
First I want to Thank my gastologist Dr. Marco at US Digestive Health for sending me to Jefferson Health Bream bld. Outpatient services to have my Endoscopy and colonoscopy done. Dr. Nam is so good. He explained everything so well. He listened to any concerns and answered any questions. He followed up and was so professional. The team he had from the Nurses, to the anesthesiologists. I wish that I can give zero stars. There are two assistance that are very nice and professional at the front desk the rest mean rude and sarcastic. You can’t say a word you got the whisper you’re talking too loud put her back there in that room put her back over there. Some of these people literally work in a medical fill and they are clearly unqualified and they showed a true colors of how they really feel about certain individuals. Muy buen servicio sus empleados muy complacientes al igual las enfermeras y doctores es mi hospital no lo cambio
Went here for prenatal appts/ultrasounds. Offices are nice and people are kind but I think the parking lot should also include spots for expecting mothers as the parking lot is always full no matter the time of day.
