Saw this bakery on unique sweets and was coming to Pittsburgh. So we loaded up and went. Even my Pittsburgh friends loved this place.
Prettiest cakes with the best icing!
What a great bakery!! Freshest rolls, amazing lemon meringue pie, lady locks, pecan rolls, and napoleons. I am so glad I got to see you on the PBS bakery special. I wish I had known you were still in business so that I would have gotten one of your lemon meringue pies and a creme puff for my Dad because those were his favorite. He was a pastor and had visited many parishioners in McKeesport Hospital over his 44 years in the ministry. I will definitely be back my family loved the baked items. We LOVE Minerva's. Our family has been a big party of Minerva's for a long time with my Grandmother Louise. I can't imagine a birthday celebration without a Minerva cake!
