Did a ua here at minert. Collector forgot to sign off on temp, so test sat somewhere stagnant for a week until I called in. Seems there is no quality control here. Lab didn't notify tech that he/she needed to correct paperwork so test sat stagnant somewhere. I was told that's not their job........... Since I called to check on it, they put procedures in motion to process UA, however, the job I was after was given to someone else.
