My 64 year old mother tried calling to set up service and asked about specials. When she responded with surprise that they didn't have any perks for new customers since she's had service elsewhere that offered new customer perks. The guys response was to say "Good for you." and to hang up! Obviously they don't like getting business because I am willing to pay the higher prices elsewhere for actual customer service for my mother! Not cool being that rude as a customer service representative!
I've been using Mineral Springs for over 2 years and I always get prompt and friendly service and the water is great.
The number will call you multiple times. Then when you call them back they don't answer. When they do call back Matt will call you a dipshit and when you tell them you are on the DNC, he will tell you to kiss his ass. I've worked for a business like this before and this is not how you handle DNC matters. Also, Eagle Water is way better.
