By far the worst customer service I've ever experienced from a clinic. I've tried for a month to get an appointment, had my neurologist send over the referral twice now after many calls, left several voicemails and sent messages on their facebook messenger and still no return call or appointment. Whoever takes care of scheduling the appointments needs retraining or fired. Update: Amazingly this clinic responded to my review within hours with a response of the exact number and clinic location I've been leaving voicemails on..... read more
Very unprofessional I made 2 follow up appointments for after work two weeks in a row I was called the afternoon before both appointments and asked to come in before noon because Lacey wanted to leave early both days. Must be nice to change people's plans for your convenience

Dr. Zhu has helped treat my pain for several years. I highly recommend seeing him.
Can't give a full review as a patient because NO ONE ever returned my call for me to be a new patient. Based on their inability to complete this very simple task, I give them a 1.
