They are rude and very unprofessional. Never get call backs, to three weeks and 8 phone calls to get update on my order. Charged me a fee to come look at the job. I hired them for a $4000 they couldn’t fill the job and refused to refund me the $98. Not my fault they couldn’t supply the textured glass they sold me. Who loses good business over $98. Never use them again. HORRIBLE & RUDE
I would not use Mineola Glass. We had a couple of windows replaced and had a leak after the next rainstorm that caused minor damage to my alarm system. It cost $150 to fix the alarm. I called the company and they send an employee to take a look. He told us that the installer forgot to caulk the window when he installed. He then caulked it and we haven't had a problem since. We called the owner to ask him to cover the cost of the damage caused by his faulty work and he was very rude and argumentative. He refused to stand behi... read more
