I lived here for 1.5 yrs, and the two owners were great...they had no leasing office but were always available, and worked with me during some hard times after a job loss. Very good
I'm on my 2nd lease with David and Beverly. They have sunk their hearts into this complex. Brand new paved parking lot. Apartments have been renovated and cleaned up. They take care of the property like they live on-site. They show their tenants respect and appreciation. Maintenance is on top of their game usually responding the same day. This needed a new review. I currently live at the East Texas Townhomes directly behind Mineola Garden Apartments. The owners, David and Beverly, are absolutely amazing. They're always on top of everything and very responsive, maintenance knows how to prioritize in order to get things done, the townhomes as well as the apartments look amazing, the community is like a family here and everyone looks out for each other for the most part.. very unprofessional people. they’re very rude and disrespectful. we rented from them 2 months ago and it was terrible.
