This is the forth time we have used Minear. Danielle is the best of the best. She looks out for her clients and does everything she can to not only find the right home but also make the process as easy as possible. We have bought and sold multiple houses (now) and had no prior experience, Danielle was very understanding and answered any questions we had about the process.
Nick was great to work with! We’d send houses and in no time at all he’d have a few days and times picked out for us. Worked around our schedules. He always had everything written out and helped to explain what all the info we needed to know meant. We really appreciate his time and if and when we decide to upgrade houses we will be using Nick and Minear again! Can’t thank him enough!!!
Such a great first-time home buying experience! Nick Cochran was our realtor and he was so flexible to work with as we had crazy work schedules. He made the process so smooth and explained everything great! Always communicated with us about all the details and made sure all of our questions were answered!
