I would have given them less than one star if it was an option. We went looking at used cars today. We found one we liked a Volkswagen Jetta for my teenage daughter. First it was lightly raining and no one wanted to come out to help us. We went inside to inquire about the car. They gave us the keys but the car wouldn't start the battery was dead.
