I made an appointment online. I received a text not long after asking if I can change my appointment to later in the week. I agreed and received a text thanking me. I then received several reminder texts with the new date and time and even a confirmation text in which I pressed a button to confirm. When I arrived she did not have any record of my appointment. Didn’t want to redo, even though it was a paid service, added tip for herself.
They switched my appointment from 2 pm to 6 pm. Tried to contact them via Internet and phone but it was both were no longer in service. Seemed very sketchy.
Made an appointment online and had it confirmed a week ago and I drove there from Lockport and sat outside the suite for over 20mins and tried calling the number listed and it went straight to voicemail and then she called after me sitting there to tell me she was running behind. Beyond mad right now
