I spent 120.00 in two weeks. 1st set broke a nail within a week. Which never happens, went in to get fill and fixed, not even 24 hours later, the gel lifted and peeled. Went to have it fixed, but a day later, not only another broken nail. But gel lifted again. I will never go back...
The woman who did my nails did a good job so far. This is my first day going so we will see how long they last. I did find it a little crazy that my nails cost $50 for a full gel set. I have been getting my nails done for over 15+ years and always paid no more than $40-$45 for a full set, even with a design. Their pricing shows a gel full set is $25 and up. Very clean and worth every $ Have been going for years!
A reservation doesn't seem to matter to them. I wasn't seated until 14 minutes after reservation time. Then Mindy did my manicure in < 10 minutes. When questioned why she cut my cuticles dry without oil, softener, or push back, she said, "I've been doing this 15 years." Well, I've been getting manicures for 40 years and there's a reason they soften cuticles before cutting them. My cuticles are so dry and tender today.
