Two weeks ago, I manage to sprain my knee while gracefully walking down some treacherous stairs. Not a major sprain, but with a trip to WDW in less than four days, I wanted a quick solution. I do not tolerate NSAIDS well. I decided to ask Mindy if she could help. BEST DECISION EVER. Mindy applied an ultrasound treatment to the affected area and massaged the right muscles around it.
