Extremely poor and misleading service. Please avoid this place. Do not get trapped by the low-priced massage—it is highly deceptive. The therapist, Mindy, demonstrated no proper massage techniques. The service was limited almost entirely to the back, neck, and small portions of the legs, with no attention given to the hands, arms, or feet. Even the toes were completely ignored. Mindy knows her work! She gave me a relaxing and needed massage on my back and neck. She also helped to drain toxins after the massage.

This was, without question, one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had. My massage was canceled just 25 minutes before my appointment, with no apology, no explanation, and a curt message showing no regard for my time. When I asked for clarification, the therapist was rude, defensive, and dismissive, stating that I would forfeit my massage and not be refunded my $10 booking fee, even though she canceled. After driving 30 minutes for my appointment Mindy made me wait 25 minutes without greeting me because she THOUGHT my appointment was at 3:00 pm. Instead, without notifying me, my appointment was cancelled and she was seeing another client at that time. She did a TERRIBLE job with handling the situation. Her behavior was highly unprofessional and just downright nasty, it shows she does not put her clients first. When trying to discuss a resolution it was like talking to a middle schooler.
