I'd like to clarify: All first-time clients—including Groupon users—are required to pay a small booking fee to hold their appointment. This is clearly listed on my website and social media. DO NOT BOOK with this technician (not even sure she has a license! There is a required $10 fee added when you are made to schedule online. This is not disclosed during purchase of Groupon. I was there 20 minutes early. Massage started late because she was still with a previous client, but stopped my massage early so did not get 60 minutes massage. I drove an hour for this appointment. I took off of work. I wasted gas, time, and money. I showed up on time just to wait half an hour. Another woman in the building told me I should just go home. On my way home (10 minutes down the road) Mindy texted requesting I reschedule. Which of course, I will not. She has been unprofessional and inconsiderate. Hours later she texted again saying I had my appointment time wrong to which I sent her the screenshot of my appointment confirmation. She doesn’t even deserve one star.
Wish I could leave zero stars. She ran past time on her massage and made my wife go home after sitting 40 minutes. Then sends out a text telling her to reschedule because of her time management. My wife took off from work and went out of her way to book this. Worst experience ever!
I had a wonderful experience with Mindy today! It was my first time getting a massage and I’m very glad I met Mindy. She’s worked out all the stress from my back! Will be back in a few weeks for sure!
