Mindy is very good at what she does. She identified areas that affected the areas I was having troubles with and took care of it all. I did the cupping and while it hurt initially, it did the job and helped loosen up the knots. Mindy used a sports therapy approach and my body is able to stretch in places I couldn't before.
Booked an appointment for my girlfriend for 1130 and they weren’t even open when she arrived. Upon arriving, the lady didn’t even know she was there for a scheduled appointment and didn’t give her any direction on where to wait and what to do. Overall my girlfriend said the massage was good, but the start made it a bad experience. Additionally, my girlfriend told me this delay bled into her massage and they cut her time to move on to the next appointment. Not good time management and overall bad first impression.
Mindy is not a masseuse, she's a miracle worker. I've been to multiple chiropractors and massage therapists for a specific shoulder/trap problem for years, and no one has been able to get deep enough into the tissue to affect it, much less fix it. Somehow Mindy could tell where the problem was in just a few moments, and spent the whole session working really deeply on it until it finally released. Best massage I've literally ever had, by far!!
The massage was wonderful! I didn’t have yo say a word she knew what needed the most work. Definitely recommend!
