I love Mindy's Luxury Nails. It's a nice salon. There are plenty of techs to do your nails. My go to tech is Gwen. She does an amazing job and is very kind. I also like the ability to make an appointment online. Not everywhere has that, and that's the reason I stopped going to my old nail salon and came here. I'm busy and my time is valuable. I go for pedicures and I love it. Kim Vo does an amazing job. The people are so nice and friendly. I've gotten dipped nails done on several occasions and they do a great job.
I went in today for a fill and to shorten up my current set 2 weeks ago I paid $80 for a full set which i’m not complaining about the nails were cute and the retention on my nails was great. However, today I get charged at first $75 which is ridiculous for any fill! I Believe Mindy was the one who rang me up I told her it didn’t make sense for my set to be $80 and my fill to be $75 she takes $5 off and still leaves me to pay $70 for a fill! I went here last month, my nails are still damaged. The guy who did mine was rude and gave me gel after i asked for acrylic. He also kept complaining that i wasn’t keeping my hands still enough and that i must never get my nails done, i get them done often i just have shaky hands. I’ve never gotten any complaints about my hands from other salons. Highly don’t recommend.
