I was sent here in June of 2023 because I was severely depressed after a stroke. I did not want to be by myself but my family( my sister and my son) refused to let me stay with them. I took an overdose and when it did not work I was transferred from Emergengy room in Charlotte NC to this facility at 11:30 Saturday night. Very earry like a nightmare. This facility is very neglectful. The workers are extremely rude to patients and doctors don’t give information in a timely manner.
I really really wish I could give this place 5 stars. They helped my husband tremendously and they communicated very well with me as to what was going on and how he was doing. They asked me my opinion on how I felt he sounded and looked when I spoke with him on the phone and saw him in person. Everything from admittance to discharge was 100% 5 stars.
