Went to Mindy for help with weight loss plus if she could help with pain management and anxiety. After the first visit I already felt different and better about myself. It has been just over a week now and I have lost 3 pounds. You think more about vegetables and fruit and gets rid of the urge to snack. I also listen to her audio daily to help with sleep, pain and staying calm. This is so worth it and Mindy is kind and willing to help. So happy!!!!!
