Really great experience. I was struggling massively with anxiety following the COVID lockdowns, and needed some help. Aida was amazing really. She taught me how to deal with the anxiety that was taking over my life. It's a process, but Aida helped me get to where I am now: back to enjoying life.
I have been with Aida for almost 2 years. She really listens and helps you learn how to deal with daily issues in a positive way. She understands that there will be set backs. She is non judgmental. She is just an all around great therapist and great person. I would strongly recommend her to anyone who needs that outlet.
