This place does not help you. After years and years of being misdiagnosed, I verified before coming here that the provider I was going to see could diagnose and prescribe. After $350 for the initial assessment and a couple $150 follow up appointments my provider decided on an ADD medication. Only for her to call back and say she can’t do diagnosis or give me the medication until I get a diagnosis from someone else then she could give me the medication. they clearly listed they also provide non-medication management, then made me sign a form consenting to any and all medications? a clear out-of-pocket rate was listed for a one hour initial intake. a few days before the intake appointment, they cut the time in half, but were still going to charge the full hourly rate. i was deeply put off by all of this, so i canceled through the third party app through which i originally scheduled. then a day or two later, i received an email asking to confirm my appointment. after seeing t... read more
I truly enjoyed seeing Jacquelyn. She made me feel like I was talking to a friend. She helped me a lot with navigating my own mental health journey, something that I had not been able to do with other psychiatrists in the past. I would have stayed with her if only I was not moving out of state. She's definitely a 100/10 provider!
