I saw Todd for over 3 years prior to my relocation out of state. I grew tremulously over that time and appreciated my sessions greatly. I was hesitate to see a therapist virtually but felt supported and connected. i personally have kids and had another one during our time together as well as a difficult career and marriage that needed support. I also required many tools to support adhd and support in securing my identity post figuring out i didn’t want to be like how i was raised.

I was pretty hesitant about starting therapy online since I had really wanted to work with someone in person—but I ended up really connecting with Todd, and it didn't bother me as time went on. I worked with him for about a year and he never canceled and was great with communicating. I had an exceptional experience with MindVault Health. For five months they helped me work on my adhd and and anxiety issues by creating and adhering to a personalized and effective treatment plan. We stayed focused and motivated to achieve my goals every step of the way.
