Watch out before you book with them. They make you pay before your appointment - the full amount not gap. Cancellation fee if you cancel within in 24 hours is 50% or more. But double standard, they cancel within 12 hours notice and want to apply the full amount to your next appointment without guaranteeing an appointment time. When you request a refund it takes 2 weeks for them to respond regardless of several attempts to contact them via email and phone. It’s been almost 3 weeks and we have yet to receive a refund. Was very happy , but then one of my phone sessions was cut short. Psychologist didn’t even bother to call back. I tried to contact receptionist and finally after a week they made another appointment. I waited and psychologist didn’t call me. I tried to make contact with the Practice manager to make a complaint. I contacted them 5 times I even wrote a email. It’s been 4 weeks and still haven’t heard back. - Very disappointed with their unprofessionalism.

I cannot fault Mindspace Psychology at all. Walking into the waiting room is always warm and welcoming, all the ladies at the front desk make an effort to great you by name and make short meaningful conversation, they’re all so lovely and caring and they all seem to really enjoy being there and being with each other which is so nice. Jocelyn is a wonderful psychologist, she’s very knowledgeable, she’s kind and she’s so patient and reassuring. She never makes me feel rushed, and she has a great tool box of skills and exercise... read more

The office ladies are all kind and helpful, and the psychologists are lovely! Appointments are easy to sort out and the location is convenient.
