Absolutely terrible admin team with apathetic clinical staff. Its almost impressive how this stays in business.
I want this to be a good review but I just cant. Its a nice place and effort is put in to make you feel comfortable and secure but its just terribly operated. I received a call that my appointment had been cancelled while driving to my appointment. As I was called after 4:30pm (the business cut off time) I was unable to get in touch with anyone to discuss what had actually happened. I would expect extra care and consideration when a businesses entire purpose is to help with mental health instead of make it worse.
This review is for Rachael Gibson who did both our daughter’s cognitive assessment and Vineland assessment. She missed out an entire section of our daughters cognitive assessment the processing speed and her cognitive assessment isn’t eligible because of it. When I spoke to her a few months ago about our daughter being rejected from every special needs school she was an absolute cow about it actually beyond rude and we spent thousands on those assessments.
