Mindsource lies to their contractors. I got a job through them and the company was paying me $67/hr, but I was only making $35 from Mindsource, while they pocketed the difference. When I tried to negotiate for higher pay after finding out that most people make $50/hr, they told me they couldn't. That is essentially making almost as much as I was for sitting there doing nothing. I had a disappointing experience with this company. They requested my CV and confirmed the pay rate but never submitted my resume to the hiring manager for an interview. Despite their claims that the position was on hold, I was able to secure an interview through another vendor. This lack of transparency and follow-through demonstrates a high level of unprofessionalism. I would advise others to proceed with caution and consider alternative options.
