Do not use this office. I was refused care because I would not electronically sign their "Consent to Paperless Billing". Their was no option to decline paperless billing in the intake portal. The Consent to Paperless billing explicitly states, "I understand that this Consent is not required and I do not have to provide consent in order to receive services from Mindpath Health."
