I’m leaving this review because I genuinely had a very difficult experience. I scheduled my appointment over a week in advance, completed all the paperwork, and worked up the courage to reach out for help because I’ve been struggling. It was not easy for me to make this appointment, and I spent the days leading up to it preparing myself to finally take that step. My therapist is wonderful and she listens to my concerns. I’ve only Zoomed a couple times, but I plan to continue to get on the road to healing.
I feel like I hit the lottery….. a winning combo with Yarima and Amanda Alston. I’ve been in treatment on and off since I was 18 and I’m 66 now. I usually give up because the knowledge and/or compassion is lacking in the mental health field. I went and got a bachelors degree in psychology just so I could understand my disorders and fix myself. So I have knowledge, but it really doesn’t work well treating myself. The people are friendly and I love my therapist Yarima
Disorganized mess. There is zero reason why clients are not sent proper links to their appointments and they blame you for it while charging $100. I call to set up another appointment because things happen. So I’ll have to live with it. I reached someone and I’m sent to the call center on hold and no one ever answers. I would not recommend virtual. There is no client support. The appointment reminder email was sent 3 days before the appointment saying I will receive a link the DAY BEFORE but it was never received.
