I wouldn't go back to this place to see ANY of these Psychiatrist. I was abandoned by Dr. Katchrian and left without any help in Tapering off 8 mg. Xanax I'd been on for 23 years. I now have been in a Withdrawal since 0ctober 2017. This has destroyed Me and I'm still suffering from Her abandonment of My care. I recently met another Woman who had the same problem with Her and She suffered terribly at the hands of Dr. Katchrian too. I wouldn't give this place 1 star.
The admin team was very much like those the work at the DMV. Never once did I have a professional friendly experience. The provider was OK at best.
This review does not describe all staff at this location, but I have been going here for 2 years and have always had bad experiences with the staff. Don’t get me wrong, some of the ladies are very nice, however, there are a few that I can say are incredibly rude. Whether it be phone conversations or in person, these ladies are just not very professional. Of course, they never give names on their voicemails or over the phone so I couldn’t say exactly who.
