My provider is excellent and I’ve never once had an issue with them or our time together. However, the $100 fee that applies to both cancellations and rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice is absurd. There’s a penalty for being sick now? There’s a penalty for forgetting to cancel or reschedule when you have ADHD, depression, or anxiety? What if there’s a family emergency? What if I have to take my pet to the vet? Mindpath has some talented Therapists and Psychiatrists that do a wonderful job. However, I do not recommend anyone see them as their billing dept is a MESS. I have been with them since before it was Mindpath and billing has been a nightmare my entire 6 years with them. I am CONSTANTLY fighting with their billing department about bills that I am not responsible for. We go back and forth until they figure out where their billing team has messed up.
