Terrible call center service. They lose your appointment, wait times are very long, they don’t return messages, you drop from the line when they try to transfer you to the actual doctor’s office! You can’t even refill a prescription! I am changing the doctor I like because of all the repeated problems I had with Mindpath Care

I began seeing Dorothy Muccio in June, I believe (2019). She was/ is very easy to talk to, and I was comfortable being forthcoming with my struggles. As such, she was able to diagnose me quickly. She is very patient, kind and really, really smart! An expert in the field of Trauma, she has been key in guiding me through the maze of complex PTSD. She is very good at helping you get to the root of a problem, and coming up with treatment plan to help you heal, and move on. Absolutely recommend 👍🏻
