TERRIBLE NEW PATIENT EXPERIENCE!!!!! Scheduled appt for a new patient evaluation for my daughter. Sent a link to set up portal and after about 20 pages of forms, it was complete. The DAY BEFORE the appt, I was contacted to say the portal I’d signed up for was the “old” portal and that I would need to start over with the new patient portal…oh and by the way, “the Provider canceled your appt because she is going to a conference” (I understand life happens and could understand if the provider or her children were ill….but a one... read more
